"Man On Wire"

Philippe Petit is a French high wire artist. He started high-wire walks in the 70's. He performed his first such walk between the towers of the Notre Dame de Paris. Petit's most famous work was his performance which he executed at the World Trade Center in Manhattan.

In 2008, he won the Academy Award for Best Documentary "Man on Wire".
